Optimization of Response Surface Methodology for Pulsed Laser Welding of 316L Stainless Steel to Polylactic Acid

چکیده

A laser welding technology for the dissimilar materials 316L stainless steel (316L ss) and polylactic acid (PLA) was investigated to analyze process parameters, which have a large influence on joint quality. Orthogonal tests, single-factor response surface method (RSM), Box–Behnken design (BBD) were utilized optimize experimental design. metallographic microscopy analysis conducted classify morphology into two categories: effective ineffective. The area ratio established as an judgment mechanical properties. Mathematical relations between parameters properties of joints optimized validated. test values in excellent agreement with actual values, thus demonstrating reliability proposed model.
